I'm doing a refrigerator "clean up the bits of veggies 'hash' with tofu" as the protein.

But first, coffee and cream.

The Landlady(!) got up early and declared that she was hungry. So she's making western omelets for us with English muffins and coffee.

Not sure yet what I'll have for breakfast. Right now to lazy to even think about it!

That's all for now, but will have mini-shredded wheat, banana, peach and 2% milk later.

By the time I worked up to eating, it was lunchtime, so I had a salad topped with canned tuna, cooked lentils, and a lemon dressing.

usual smoothie, then a damn apple turnover that the enabler brought home. sigh
