The Landlady(!) got up early and declared that she was hungry. So she's making western omelets for us with English muffins and coffee.

By the time I worked up to eating, it was lunchtime, so I had a salad topped with canned tuna, cooked lentils, and a lemon dressing.

usual smoothie, then a damn apple turnover that the enabler brought home. sigh
