Coffee so far.

1. A special treat coffee

that my son brought me a while ago ..... Peruvian Fair Trade medium roast.

2. My usual, steel cut oats with a side of cottage cheese.

3. Since we are back from China

No more sumptuous buffets. Cheese toast and a small bowl of strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and blueberries. And tea. Cherries and raspberries were frozen.

4. I cooked a Beyond Beef " sausage"

Brat style, wrapped it in a flour tortilla (I was out of buns), with grilled onions and spicy mustard. The tortilla wrap worked well for me, I could keep all the onions & mustard inside next to the link.


IMO, the spices & flavorings in these are very mild. I will use up this pack, because I spent the $, but, I'll not buy them again. I honestly think, in terms of flavor, taste and tooth feel, tofurky brand " Italian Style Sausages" are much better and I will continue to buy those. As always, I receive no bennies from recommending a product by name.

5. pancake

we are out of the terrific maple syrup we had, so I spread some raspberry preserves on them.

1/2 a granny smith apple

1/2 cup of fresh pineapple

6. swiss cheese and almonds...

after coffee. Took my husband's car to the auto shop at the crack of dawn so I just grabbed a snack to go.
