What's for Dinner, Fri., Jan. 25, 2019

The RG headed to the seafood market, so that's all I know about tonight's meal.

However, for lunch he made the most fabulous thinly sliced potatoes. They were golden brown after he baked them. They had cheese mixed in. However, not exactly a healthy or low-cal or even low-carb accompaniment. Along with them we had the rest of our cutlets, which were breaded pork with lemon slices on top. He made a poached egg to go over each. That was a fun meal 'cuz we got to watch Trump making his speech about the government shut-down being over and then later, Pelosi and Schumer.

there was some Salisbury steak, some American Chop Suey, and some homemade chicken noodle soup.

Won't cook something new until we eat what's in there.
