Tossed salad and ziti and meatballs in tomato sauce.
I made up the tossed salad with my fresh garden spinach, Boston lettuce, and all the colorful ingredients like tomato, gold beet, celery, green pepper, and shaved scallion. Persian cucumbers, sliced on the mandolin. It's such a pretty salad.
For dessert, about a half cup of javachip ice cream. Any more and it will keep me awake tonight.

(22,037 posts)We're having miniature beef meatballs in a fresh tomato/basil/garlic sauce served over ziti.
Our salad isn't nearly as luxurious as yours but we have red leaf lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced green olives (with pimientos), pine nuts and a vinaigrette dressing.
Dark chocolate and red wine for dessert.

(15,090 posts)The baked kind made with a white sauce. I add a pinch of sodium citrate to keep the cheese from gettin grainy and two cans of green chilis because I like them in Mac and cheese.

Help me out here. Is it the fresh spinach I grew?
Would it help to know I ate the whole damn container of java chip ice cream?
