What's for Dinner ~ Tuesday March 13th

Not sure here....have some great cabbage and may do Bill's father's cabbage & potato dish.
I also need to figure out how to make corn beef. Bill brought home a package of beef with the seasoning mix.

What's for dinner where you are?

I'm on my own. My husband is working at the tax office and then has a meeting afterwards.

The pizza will be on pita bread with herbed cream cheese, sauteed zucchini and red onion, and Asiago cheese. Fast and easy.

Adding some chicken sausage I bought at Costco. Never tried these...spinach and roasted red pepper. We'll see.

I also made some rice pilaf and steamed veggies on the side. DH and the daughter gave it thumbs up.
