What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 30, 2018

Dinner out tonight at one of the Portuguese restaurants in the Ironbound. I'm in the mood for the filet of sole or this one other dish they have called almond salmon with artichokes and piquillo pepper sauce.

Maybe half a pitcher of sangria since it's a week night.

And for dessert, they have a baker who makes this orange cake that is not to be believed. Ummm, it's so good; really great with Earl Grey tea.

this cauliflower pie. It's (of course!) a Mollie Katzen recipe.

Your meal would make me happy, too!
