Related: About this forumDo the Danish
I dropped off some breakfast treats to some of the local businesses this morning (kind of a promotional thing). I really enjoy making goodies that require laminated dough, Danish are one of my favorites, along with croissants. It's always a rather pleasant situation to keep a few for myself.

(1,580 posts)Quite often I hear that people have some trepidation when it comes to working with yeast. I think I'll put together a class that addresses the subject and see what kind of response I get. Once you are familiar with the basics of working with yeast it is pretty simple.
