What's for Dinner, Thurs., July 26, 2018



Spicy fish soup, which I asked for because it is so good when it's hot outside. Served cold.

Ratatouille, which was made fresh this morning using two eggplants from my garden.

And Caprese salad, made with Bull's Blood heirloom tomatoes (sadly, not grown by me--mine are just beginning to ripen).

Dessert is a piece of almond flour cake. Cold blueberry tea.

Rice pilaf (jasmine and wild rice with chopped green onion)

French cut green beans from my garden

Cucumber salad

Chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Cheeseburger on onion roll WITH fried onions on top and potato salad.
