My 'boyfriend's' the cook in this group, Pakistani and Islamic (+ Universalist Unitarian,) so I've sent this to him. Guess it will keep him busy!

You need oranges and grapefruits. Cut off the skin and leave no white on the outside. Cut into slices. Preserve juice that comes out. Mix juice with olive-oil, salt, pepper, to make a vinaigrette. Decorate with peeled pistachios, berries, rose petals...
