Appetizer: Miniature sandwiches with sauteed eggplant, mozzarella, slice of plum tomato, and herb mayonnaise (using oregano).
Main course: rigatoni with pasta sauce--this one has pureed potatoes, cremini mushrooms, and truffle oil.
Dessert: chocolate ice cream with toasted almonds.

Mixed fruit for dessert.
I love making this dish. It's really easy and tastes fantastic.
Let's not forget the brandy afterwards!
