The Supersizers Go on the Cooking channel. It's a foodie show with a twist. The two hosts (a man and a woman) delve into periods of history and examine life and food of that period. Last night was the Restoration Period of England (1660-1725). They dress according to the period they are examining and eat only what food was available and served at that time. It's a very interesting program on food history.

The title does nothing to give a potential viewer any idea of the content.

(985 posts)6. Sounds like a good show. I wish I got the Cooking channel.
Food Network has really fallen out of favor with me. I like "Chopped" but I really miss cooking shows.
