Asparagus frittata using sheep's milk cheese and thin asparagus spears. I parboiled the asparagus for one minute and then sliced on the diagonal. It will be a nice plate presentation.
Tossed green salad with raw vegetables and chipotle ranch dressing.
Dessert will be a chocolate Easter egg and a glass of milk.

I'm going to look up enchilada sauce recipes.

Cole slaw
Mac and cheese (a leftover)
Mug of Red Rose tea.

Cucumber, tomato and red onion salad with a medley of olives.
Vanilla ice cream.
Then a brandy in front of the fire.

(20,977 posts)but i fixed the miller-lite last time, add some brown sugar & some beef bouillon and dang. i just made stout.
steamed broccoli w/browned butter. make mashed potatoes tomorrow.
