One of these days I'm going to make chopped liver. I've never done it, but I've been craving it and my mom is 1,000 miles away!

Tonight I used leftover chicken with gluten free Pasta and made an Alfredo sauce using gluten free ingredients. I added mushrooms and chopped asparagus and served it with a winter greens salad with a lemon and olive oil vinaigrette;I always add a little oregano to this homemade dressing. It tastes like the house dressing at a little Greek diner I used to go to ...the Windmill diner in Danbury Connecticut. Gluten free cookies or candy for dessert.

Do you have a food pantry that you can use? I volunteer at one and people leave with boxes of high quality foods (including fresh veggies!)

I'm weird about eating other peoples food. My parents have a lot of it, but I like to buy my own to eat. But I had to buy a new phone since mine quit working so I had to budget. I didn't do a very good job this week. So I've been eating little to none. I will eat at work, they usually have fruit in the morning.
