Top Chef.

Did anyone catch the "Restaurant Wars" episode? I want to make the beet raisins one of the chefs produced, but I can't find anything anywhere. Has anyone heard or made such a thing? Supposedly they come out similar to gummy candies.

I'm not sure. She said they had a gummy bear-like texture. Maybe partially dehydrated? Vinca Jan 2018 #2

Similar to beet chips I think. She probably makes the shape similar to raisins and adds sugar instead of more savory flavors that some beet chips have.

It looked interesting, anyway, and the judges loved them.
