(6,568 posts)Tried so many varieties (King, Coho, Sockeye, et al), and they all have this underlying flavor I cant stand...
Raw, however... YUM! My favorite sushis are salmon based.

(20 posts)I just did 2 cedar planked salmon fillets tonite for NYE on the Weber charcoal grill
And on the other Weber we did an 8 rib standing rib roast
The diet starts again tomorrow *grin*
