What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 13, 2013

Thinly sliced pork roast and roasted potatoes.

French eggs over toast.

Vegetables in a lavash.

For dessert, a chocolate chip muffin top with cream sauce and vanilla ice cream over it.

Also a Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

Sweet sausage and tomato sauce over pasta, and I think I still have a bit of the good Parmigiana left.

I'm trying to eat my way through all the perishables in my fridge, as I'll be gone for a couple of weeks for the holidays. So, lots of salads and the like. The last leftovers will be eaten tonight too - leftover sausage in a red sauce.

Making my wish list for all things Rhode Island seafood right now. Just a few more days...
