A sandwich of a thick slice of ham on toasted rye bread with spicy brown mustard.
Salad of some sort: lettuces, celery and cucumber, plus what ever else in the refrigerator that suits me.
Maybe some of the leftover mac-n-cheese too.

I'm on my own tonight, so I will eat the sandwich soon. The salad will come together later.

Like most nights there will be tea and cookies before bed.

I just finished cutting up yesterday's ham and started the broth. I see tasty bean soups in my future.
