What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov. 1, 2017

It's cold and the RG is a hearty-food lover, so we have roast beef with some sort of sauce he mixed up. I can't say much about it other than it's really good and it appears to be cream-based. Also soup: corn, potato, beans, and pasta.

We are waiting for the public service tech to come over and light our furnace. It's cold; no heat! In the meantime, all this cold weather food should help.

YES brand sweet potato and corn chowder soup. Lemon Pie for dessert (it's a Marie Callender frozen pie but it's pretty good). The canned soup needed a little garlic salt added.
