Applesauce BBQ Chicken
Bacon-Wrapped Chicken
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken
Cilantro-Lime Chicken
Chicken Mole
Maple Pork Roast
Honey Pork
Mongolian Beef

I have four Crockpots. Bought one, got one off of Freecycle, and have been gifted two.

Every couple of months, I buy a bunch of groceries, get things cooking through the night, wake up in the morning, get everything in the pots ready for the freezer then start the next round.

with a daikon and carrot "slaw". Almost didn't make the rolls, but when I checked the pantry for nori, I did indeed have two sheets left. *whew* (Wasn't in the mood to head to the grocery store AGAIN today.)

This time it is 16 bean ham flavored beans.

The Ham flavoring packet had been discarded.

Lots of celery, onion, carrots, and garlic cloves.
Fresh ham bone stock and chunks of ham.

Seasoning so far is the garlic plus thyme, bay, salt and black pepper. I haven't decided on additional seasoning, but I'm leaning towards giving it a kick, maybe a Cajun mix or chili power with cumin. We will see.

There are some leftover biscuits and salad greens as possible sides.
