What's for Dinner, Mon., July 24, 2017

Mmmm-ummm, I can hardly wait until I get home for the chicken and vegetables for dinner tonight. Had a little taste before going off to work and it was divine.

For lunch we went to a pub. I'm convinced it's a money-laundering operation, but then, maybe I've been watching too much "Breaking Bad."

Had pizza, wings, and tsatziki, hummus, and pita bread along with lamb kabobs.

It can get complicated and time-consuming.

So I Google-imaged "Marvao, Portugal octopus dish." Some nice pics turned up.

The Portuguese are wonderful restauranteurs. We have an area in NJ called the Ironbound, known to people far and wide for its Portuguese restaurants.

Scrambled Tofu in spicy ginger garlic sauce with zoodles, onions, asparagus, last of the grated carrots. Easy, fast & tasty to make.
