P.S. MAY make Fajitas soon (at daughter's request.) Bought boneless ribeye today; was my fave cut, in the days when I cooked for family every day, and often marinated steak. Any suggestions, like marinade???

(3,282 posts)We do a video a week. Started with the guac, then the fajitas, this week the beans, next week is the pico.
I made great refritos (YEARS AGO,) and do a pretty good guac myself but will pick it up at a 'local' chipotle.
