Million Dollar Chicken

Sorry for 'commercials.'

8 pieces of Tyson chicken
250 ml Kraft mayonnaise (1 cup)
125 ml Mango chutney (1/2 cup)
10 ml French’s mustard (1 tablespoon)
65 ml Smuckers apricot jam (1/4 cup)

187 ml water (3/4 cup)
1 packet Lipton onion soup powder (55g)

Instructions
Place chicken pieces in a casserole.
Mix all of the other ingredients together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake for 60 minutes at an oven of 160 degrees celsius (320 – 375 deg F).

P.S. MAY make Fajitas soon (at daughter's request.) Bought boneless ribeye today; was my fave cut, in the days when I cooked for family every day, and often marinated steak. Any suggestions, like marinade???

We do a video a week. Started with the guac, then the fajitas, this week the beans, next week is the pico.

I made great refritos (YEARS AGO,) and do a pretty good guac myself but will pick it up at a 'local' chipotle.

I realize these companies are going to the trouble to post these to enhance sales, but it is irritating that they always specify a brand name for each ingredient, like can you imagine the disaster if you used Perdue chicken and Hellmans mayo?
