What's for Dinner, Wed., July 5, 2017

Lamb, which was cooked in an unusual way that I can only remember a little about. Schiditta? Something like that. It creates a very unique taste. Scorch and vinegar were two things I recall.

In addition, little yellow potatoes with butter, olive oil, and parsley.

Sauteed eggplant topped with roasted Brussels sprouts, halved.

With chicken from the other day's roast and broccoli. Finishing my lemon sherbet later...and probably making a double recipe later this week!

Roast Beef on soft bread with some mayo and spinach on it
Potato Salad (with mustard and egg)
Green Tea and ginger cookies

There is still a lot of leftover salad, I might pick out the carrots (too hard to chew) and have some salad if I get an urge to snack later.
