But then, I keep thinking I'm gonna wake up one day and they'll start charging for Skype...

Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Probably wait and see just how limited the remaining free access will be.

"Without a subscription, you'll still get access to the recipes featured in this newsletter, to the new recipes we publish each week and to a limited number of rotating collections. But that's about it."

I should be okay with that. I'll just print the recipes that catch my eye instead of saving them to the recipe box I won't be able to use anymore. So long as the clicks to view recipes don't start counting towards my free 5? 10? views per month.
