Homemade alfredo sauce. I don't have a recipe - I just wing it, and it turned out lovely.

(another thing to try out in the Instant Pot!), mashed potatoes, asparagus, and strawberry shortcake. Shortcake with biscuits the way my husband likes. I think if it's strawberry shortcake , it should be on cake ... but it's Father's Day, so he can have his biscuits.

5. Stirfried noodles with ground pork, cold tea frozen grapes for later

Singapore noodles
Vegs-slivered onions, peppers, sugar peas, eyeballed, 1-2 sliced green onions for garnish stirfried crispy, set aside
4/6 ounces of stirfried ground pork, drained & I pat mine a bit drier, set aside keep warm
Sauce 2T minced garlic
2T tamari/soy
1lg lime juiced ~3T
1-2 T sugar to taste, make & set aside
Noodles 6 ounce pkg of rice noodles, in a bowl, covered with boiling water 5-10 minute till your aldente choice, stir 2-4 to prevent clumping. Drain, set aside. In the wok or lg fry pan place 2T sesame oil, 1T tamari 3/4t curry powder
stir briefly.
When the vegs,meat& noodles are all prepped....
I put the noodles in the pan,flash warm again, then the vegs& meat. Mix & stir. Top eith green onions.
I do a vegan type with tofu for meatless Mondays.
I will do a double sauce batch for tomorrows dinner.
