What's for Dinner, Wed., June 14, 2017

Lamb steaks with zucchini and fresh corn sauteed in butter. The biggest asparagus spears I have ever seen! And as a salad, shaved fennel-tomato salad.

Dessert is freshly made coconut pie, bought from the bakery.

It appears that I went pretty heavy with sweet peppers, in this batch.

I might try canning some, this year.

Soft scrambled eggs
Warm Lemon Zinger tea and NO cookies

Beginning my week of soft food after some oral surgery. A plumbing crisis this morning meant I didn't make it to the grocery to stock up on soft foods. Hopefully I'll feel up to it tomorrow.

Perhaps I can live on ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Any suggestions for exciting soft foods to fix?
