with grated Swiss. They were super, too, easy to take to work, nuke for a few seconds, and eat neatly.

They're all a variation on Cornish Pasties if you're northern European, calzones if you're southern. There are as many fillings as there are cooks.

With these, I'd probably sneak in a little feta cheese along with the cream cheese for extra zing, mozarella being a little on the bland side for me.
