What's for Dinner, Thurs., Mar 2, 2017

I have just finished scouring the threads on p. 1 of Cooking and Baking for ideas. The RG called me from the road and asked what I wanted. I can't make up my mind!

But I will post this anyway and post back when I've decided. Maybe someone else out there has made up their mind about "what's for dinner."

Scalloped potatoes and ham. I added a bit too much onion, but it was still tasty. nt LaydeeBug Mar 2017 #5

I went through the recipes at Blue Apron and found a good idea. They have so many, and with pictures, too! Of course, the RG will pay no attention whatsoever to the recipe; he will do it his way. But the site was good for an idea.

Now, what to go with it.....
I'm going to start a chopped salad. Whether it flies with the menu or not is another story.

Beer/Cheese Soup
Baked Lemon/Herb Chicken
Wild Rice
Green beans

AND a chocolate mocha pudding cake, which I confess is store-bought.
