What's for Dinner, Thurs., Feb. 23, 2017

Fennel salad, which has lemon, parsley, and parmesan.

Orange and ginger glazed carrots (Paleo recipe).

Chicken breast with creamy mushroom sauce. Using Baby Bellas.

If I feel like dessert, it will be a “cutie” with toasted almonds to go with it.

I'm impressed!

My dinner is pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, and peas. Nice comfort food.

And I have some butterscotch pecan ice cream in the freezer.
