Trash soup.....a half bag of frozen stir fried veggies, about 4 Oz of frozen coconut milk the last tablespoon or two of curry paste, and the last couple tablespoons of peanut butter. With a couple of porcini mushrooms and some water I've made a stock. Added the last some roasted garlic I had, too.
I'm going to puree this in a little while and then add a handful of vermicelli, some frozen chicken, and a couple of frozen shrimp I found in the back of the freezer.
Spring cleaning the food.

I am craving spicy food and the berbere spice mix looks good to try. I am slowly cleaning out the cabinets of staples so I can wash them out in the spring.
