What's for Dinner, Thurs., Jan. 26, 2017

Baby arugula salad with shaved parmesan and toasted pine nuts.

Chili with raw onion and grated Cheddar/Jack on top. The RG made the chili and I made the salad.

Dessert: a teensy bit of biscotti-flavored ice cream.

I was walking through Aldi today and they had garlic bread sticks (think papa John's bread sticks) which I bought. I made a quick marinara sauce and added that on top of it, then added sliced local fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and browned sweet Italian sausage.

It is in the oven now. I hope it is good, but how could it be bad?
