The RG is dining in the city tonight, so I am going to have some of the delicious leftovers from one of the meals he cooked this week. I think I'll go with the pork. It has sauce to go over it, which he made, of course, from cooking the pork in the pan. It is so tender and delicious.
To go with, some white asparagus and baby carrots.
Dessert: well, I already had dessert. It was 9 Touffifays in the car on the way home from Aldi. Caught in a traffic jam. Nothing better to do than have an early dessert!

I HAVE to get back on my low-carb horse...the taste buds are now 90% back from chemo, and I'm afraid I've been indulging way too much. So a pizza from Lello's down the street will be my last evil indulgence. It'll be back to cauliflower pizza and zucchini pasta next week.
Cher, I'm delighted that you also shop at Aldi. I just started going there recently and I'm very impressed with their wares. Last night I treated myself to their gravlax. The package was $3.49 and it was delicious.
One question for you: what does RG stand for?
