What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 21, 2016

Pizza. I'm thinking a broccoli, garlic, and shrimp topping.

Salad will be mesclun with feta cheese and ranch dressing.

Dessert will be coconut pie with a spoonful of Talenti eggnog gelato.

Went to the Chinese restaurant I grew up with tonight, I had the BBQ pork, pork fried rice and veggie chow mein. I only get to go once per year, but the waitress still remembered: "Number 14, yes?".

Yes!

Ahhh...life is good now. Went to my brother's house for dessert. They had sweets, but I had fruit.

Things were a bit hectic tonight so with no plan I had:

Mild Italian Sausage Link on a roll with melted Havarti cheese.
A Tangerine.
A slice of toasted maple streusel bread with cream cheese.
A large mug of lemon red zinger tea.

and for dessert a much needed nap.
