(962 posts)1. My high school senior was just diagnosed with mono-- won't eat anything.
Poor kid, about half of us deal with mono before age 5 and experience few symptoms. The unfortunate ones who get it as teenagers often have a more difficult time.
I'll be rolling the dice with the meals I cook this week. Nothing seems appetizing to her but getting strength back is key. I'll report if I discover a dish that works.

I'd try chicken soup, but whatever works!
