Beef and broccoli, red-dyed pork, veggie lo mein. Maybe an eggroll.

Ran out of steam to cook tonight. House chores are done, car is ready for next week's road trip (Vegas, baby!). I'm pooped.

It's going to sound insane, but I love it. Heat up a can of Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, just as it came from the can (you can add a shake of Worcestershire sauce). Then make an omelet. Pour about half of the soup over. Eat. I have no idea why this works, but it does. Buttered toast is a good addition to your plate.

Men's retreat this weekend and I prepared roasted turkey breast, red skinned mashed potatoes, stuffing/dressing (pick your part of the country), green beans, hot rolls, and individual pumpkin pies. For 120 and they loved it
