Miz t. is making gumbo.

Chicken, shrimp, andouille.
That and some cornbread for supper.

Can't get andouille around these parts very often.

My all time favourite sausage.

When I do manage to locate it, it's ridiculously expensive.

I used to be able to get andouille only in Louisiana, but in the last few years we get a lot more ethnic foods in grocery stores.
BTW, Miz t. is full blooded Cajun, both sides.
