We’re going to a wine bistro, and I think I’ll have the shrimp kabob with coconut-curry sauce. Going out with some other professors where I teach.

OK, I hardly use that term for a red sauce with meatballs and sausage, but there it is. It's quicker to write/type.
3 more hours 'til it's done. The house smells divine as it's simmering. I'll probably go with rigatoni, but definitely pecorino romano on top of everything.
