1. Roast 1/2 chicken

over bread stuffing. Brussels sprouts. Homemade cranberry sauce. I'll skip the spuds today.

2. sausage and kraut … one of my favorites … nt

3. It has cooled down

so I am having cauliflower/cheese soup with cooked fresh green beans and corn off the cob.

4. Ravioli and Brussels sprouts

Store-bought chicken and red-pepper ravioli, and roasted sprouts. Yummy! And more of my chocolate mousse for later! This food thing is pretty great! I've got surgery coming up Friday, so I'm going to enjoy myself while I can

The RG made filet mignon. Scalloped potatoes. Then this thing he called "hush puppies," but that wasn't it exactly. In addition, tomato-basil salad.

We had a bottle of rose.

For dessert, we had a little each of butter pecan Haagen Daz, pistacio gelato, and coconut sorbet.
