Sorta like watching Food Network - "First, start with filleting a branzino fish..."
Mind you, we have BOTH kinds of seafood - catfish AND trout!

(111,327 posts)and even they don't sell broccoli rabe. However, these recipes would be good with the bok choy leaves you're left with after you've used the stems in a super crunchy stir fry, cabbage being cabbage.
I've pretty much stopped watching anything but the occasional Worst Cooks show on Food Network. The food is just too yuppified, obscure proteins tortured to death by chefs who blab about layering flavors.
All an exquisitely fresh piece of fish needs is salt and pepper, maybe a little splash of white wine or lemon. Any more and you lose the freshness. The stuff I get frozen at Costco doesn't need much more than that.

It's the only place I can buy USDA prime cuts within 60 miles in any direction. Or sushi-quality fish, for that matter.
(To self: OK, budget the $55 and get over it...)
