Working until 9 tonight on my summer job, so I pulled some goodies the RG made from the freezer. They should be thawed by the time I get home.

With classic spud salad, and chipotle pinto beans w/ cilantro. Picked up some hard (crunchy) white nectarines today, saw I'll gnaw on them for dessert.

I made the recipe that elleng posted for Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins. It made a lot more than my "standard" muffin tins and I had to scramble for another baking tin. They are very good, but I think I would prefer something a bit more earthy with whole grains. My family (esp. kids) will LOVE them. They are very rich and cake-like.

So college student & I love it.

A friend made me white gazpacho for dinner on Tues. night. It was so delicious, cooling, and refreshing. She got the recipe from the NY Times.
