Probably rigatoni for the pasta. All topped with pecorino romano.

(The aroma in the house right now is killing me. Another hour to go until ready...)

And it was every bit as awful as that sounds. As an added bonus, there are leftovers. do you suppose raccoons eat chili? No. That wouldn't be right.

My sister made the chicken pie, my bro and SIL provided the green beans and squash from their garden, I made a broccoli/tomato salad and cooked the next-to-the-last bag of corn from last year out of the freezer. It was a wonderful meal.

Edit to add: The best thing about it is that there are leftovers!!

I put a North African spice rub on them. Also serving a potato salad and a Greek salad.
