Slow-cooker sausages and I think the RG left me some cannellinis in the freezer.
Gardening from now through dark, so I don't want to spend much time in the kitchen.

I'm using bay scallops. With celery, onion and green peppers. A creamy base, w/ buttered panko on top. Served with a green salad.
Twas nice not turning on the computer for a couple of days. Sometimes I just have to ignor technology and enjoy the day for what it is.

but with leftover grilled shrimp. I love scallops and your dinner is on our menu for next week
