Pulled it out of the freezer, from the last batch I made. Garnishes: chopped onion, cilantro and radishes. W/ corn tortillas.

ps: HAPPY NEW KNIFE DAY (for me)!

On Wednesday, my 30 yr old chef's knife finally broke (blade and handle separated). Within 10 minutes, I ordered another on the web. It arrived today. It's a Victorinox 8-inch stainless w/ a fibrox handle (from Swiss Army). Damn, this knife fits my hand like a glove! I have no sentimentality for my old knife, but thanks for 30 yrs of ... being there??

tomato salad. Our fridge is almost bare. Will shop tomorrow and cook a lot of stuff on Sunday for our usual family lunch time gathering. Some folks go to church, and the heathens cook!
