What's for Dinner, Thurs., May 19, 2016

Cauliflower soup that I made a couple nights ago. Turned out great. I may change it up a bit and add some pasta.

I'm gardening today, so not stopping to cook tonight. I'm finding fresh herbs all over the place in the garden (overwintered or gone to seed), so I may cut some herbs and chop them up to put in the soup.

I have a salad already made, and lots of new dressings to try--parmesan black pepper, or a new brand of French dressing.

In fact, so much so, I disconnect the phone, draw the shades, lock the doors, and just slowly munch away in private culinary bliss...

(Was I supposed to say that out loud?)

Italian sloppy Joe - savory, not sweet.

It's so loaded with veggies, I think that's all I'll have. Needed an idea to finish up the two "torpedo" rolls I have, so there ya go.
