Basque Chicken With Peas

Recalled this last night, after making coq au riesling and having leftover bacon. This is really good, made it several times years ago for guests, but may make it for just ME soon! Think I served it with roasted/cubed potatoes.

She really doesn't care for anything with peas. Sounds good, though, so thanks for the recipe.

It doesn't have peas in it and can be served with just about any starch, although I greatly prefer it with either saffron rice or pasta.
