It's avocado, ruby red grapefruit, tossed red lettuce and topped with toasted pignolis.

The dressing is lime juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and honey or agave.

This would make a wonderful Christmas salad, in case anyone's still looking for a good recipe.

salad, I have just used lemon juice and then vinaigrette (Newman's Own Balsamic). Yours sounds much better.
