What's for Dinner, Sun., Dec. 20, 2015

I'll bet we have many C&B posters out shopping for the holiday or in the kitchen today! I will be one of them!

But still, I plan on having a nice dinner tonight. I am thinking turkey cutlets, cut into one-inch pieces, Panko-breaded, with various sauces.

They are actually pretty good, although processed and I hate to submit to that.

Along with sweet potato mash and some slaw.

I'm trying to stay away from poultry for a few days prior to turkey.

I bought a nice chuck roast today to turn into enough bourguignonne to last for several days. We rarely eat red meat these days, but this is well raised local meat and was a really good price. Grass raised, grain finished.
