What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 2, 2015

Veggie burger with all the toppings: mozzarella, peppers, red onion, tomato, lettuce.

I'm also picked up three containers of grape cherry tomatoes, so I'm going to slow roast them when I get home tonight, which I hope will be around 8 p.m.

We finally got out to see the Peanuts movie this afternoon, and it was utterly delightful. They did a fantastic job of keeping it true to the feeling of both the comic strips and the tv specials, while at the same time giving it a bit more of a happy ending than you ever really felt Charlie Brown got in the past, I guess because there never really was an 'ending', and Schulz always wanted to keep him in a state of hopeful optimism even if things never did quite seem to work out for him. Very touching while remaining true to the 'lore'. If there's anyone out there who still hasn't seen it, but liked Peanuts in the past, I'd say make the effort to catch it.
