What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov 18, 2015

I'm going to make up more of those spaghetti squash pancakes--the spicy ones. They are a terrific accompaniment to about any meal.

We're having a holiday lunch with the union executive board, anyway, so I prol'ly won't be too hungry. Therefore, I think I'll just have a hamburger tonight. I'll be getting home late and don't want to play in the kitchen too much.

Hope I have a minute or two to stop by TJs--would love to have a branch of their Brussels sprouts in my 'frig. I really like roasting Brussels sprouts with yellow peppers and garlic.

The Americanized version - ground beef and serranos, monterey jack, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and hot taco sauce. May the mess drip down my arms!

I went with a left over biscuit and diced up some round into steak bites. Wish I had some cabbage, or broccoli, but I'm too busy.
