What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 3, 2015

I'm going to start using my Four-Ingredient Cookbook (Delish, Just Four Ingredients Fast) on nights when I teach late, like tonight, which is until 10 p.m. I won't even be home until around 11 p.m.

I will have to pick up some beef strips, but otherwise, I have this entire recipe ready to go. It's Stir-fried Baby Bok Choy, Red Pepper & Beef using black-bean garlic sauce.

For dessert, pineapple with melted black chocolate over it. The chocolate has ginger and red pepper in it. How's that for original!?

a sirloin, but while the grill is hot... Brussels sprouts w/ olive oil and garlic (in foil), along with multicolored mini-spuds, (also in foil, olive oil and garlic).

There's something cool about purple spuds. Thank you Peruvians!
