Has anyone had Trader Joe's organic burger meat?

I had some about a year ago and it was incredible. It actually tasted like meat! I know it's about $8 a pound, but we rarely eat ground beef. Ever. I'm thinking about getting some tomorrow and making a burger for lunch. Should I make couple extra patties ( I only eat a 1/3 pound burger) and freeze them? Advice welcome.

Made a meatloaf and burgers..It really was good the times I have used it. It freezes fine from my experience.

do it.

You didn't say it's grass-fed, but I'll bet it is. The taste difference is amazing.

I rarely have beef, but if I do, I spend the extra and get grass-fed, no-antibiotics, natural ground beef.

and frozen patties will cook fine without thawing if they aren't too thick. if the meat is really lean cook in a small amount of some kind of fat.
